Ballers in Courtice

I don't know why you would go anywhere else for shwarma, not to mention all their other dishes. Shwarma feast! When you're asked which sauce, say ALL. I come here AT LEAST 3-4 times a month and love that it's family run, always the same friendly faces.

Absolutely the best shawarma restaurant I have ever been too! Their sandwiches tastes way better than Paramount Fine Foods. Everything tasted so good from the beef shawarma to the fresh salad and samosas. The best part of this restaurant is their customer service!!! The lady is so friendly and provided outstanding customer service. I will definitely come back to ohShawarma.

Decided to go for the Fatoush this time, with chicken added. Delicious! (My bowl btw :)

Pretty solid food but not amazing by any means. Not cheap but you get your money's worth. Meat was a little dry and potatoes were cut way too big without much flavor.

I frequent ohSHAWARMA and absolutely love the food! I’ve tried all (chicken, beef and gyro) and Gyros is my go to. My only complaint would be the potatoes aren’t always cooked through. Staff are always friendly and the price is fair.

Tasty but pricey

This is probably the best Shawarma place in Durham! A must try if you are passing through East Oshawa/Courtice/Bowmanville. Sadly they are closed right now due to repairs. But hopefully they'll open soon!

This used to be my favorite shawarma place and i will never go again. Ordered online and food never came! But my credit card was charged!! When I called, cause no one called me, i get the run around from multiple employees to finally be told the delivery company is having trouble and can't deliver. But no one offers me a refund! First I get told to call the delivery company then the boss at home!! Are you kidding me?? Finally 4 phone calls later I get promised a refund. We shall see if it comes! If you must go here don't order online they will scam you!! Terrible service and they have lost my business for life!! So angry!!

Decent place, looks to be an old quizno's. Quality meats, relatively clean, friendly staff. Vegetable toppings appeared a bit wilted but overall good experience and my family left satisfied. Would eat here again.

The food tasted good but unfortunately after severe stomach pain and a visit to my physician I was informed I contracted food poisoning after having the chicken shawarma and salad. It was a terrible experience and I can not recommend in good conscience that anyone eats there.

This food is so flavourful! The hummus is delicious and the food is well seasoned. It’s also a great value. I ordered a meal and ate 1/2 so I’ll be having leftovers.

Though the customer service was acceptable the food wasn't. The shawarma was cut from the rotating stick and put on the flat grill to cook so I certainly did not get to experience authentic food. Disappointed.

Portion size didn’t make me happy..! Compared to other shawarma places there is a little stuff..! Meat was dry..!

Decent Shawarma for a small town.

My coworkers and I eat here at least once a week, maybe more. The staff are super friendly and the food is amazing. My favorite is the Fattoush salad. It is delicious!. Check it out you won't be disappointed.

Out of all the shawarma places I've been to this one was definitely the best! the shawarma in other cities cannot compare to this place, I'm 100% recommending this to everyone I know.

Simply put the best middle eastern food you can find in all of Durham region. Food is always fresh , tasty and the quantities are more than enough ! Highly recommend .

Never had a bad meal here! I work close and I can’t not do lunch at least once a week - it’s just so yummy! And the staff are friendly and the food is all fresh fresh fresh! Never been disappointed ☺️

Ordered a mixed plate and a chicken plate takeout. Salad, meat, everything was great except the potatoes. They were hard in the centre, probably undercooked. Hummus was also very good.

Was disappointed with them, other places for shawarma I've been to load me up, I asked for double meat and it's wasn't close to double meat in other places. Food was good but portion size didn't make me happy. Especially since you have to pay for double meat. But ya foot was good and so was the sauce.

First time visited the restaurant, the meat was definitely stale and rice were worse because they must have been reheated several times. Wouldn’t visit again because clearly the emphasis is not on quality, although quantity was decent. I think our expectations were higher because of so many impressive shawarma places in GTA

Depending on who's working when we go determines if we get a decent amount of meat or not. I've asked for double meat and pay the additional costs but sometimes it's not more than a single serving. Other than that the food is pretty good, sometimes the meat can be a bit dry so it's hit or miss. The service is always friendly, I come here a couple times a month.

Great food decent price. Was there during lunch hour bit of a line (which is a good thing... never trust an empty restaurant😁) but it moved quickly. Will go back for sure.

New to Oshawa so I was happy to find a place with good food. They have my favorite baklava (Burma)

UDATED REVIEW: I came back here a month later and had the chicken shawerma plate and it was everything to me. Loved the portion and the seasoning and the sauces. Everything just worked! Second chances are sometimes worth it.Old review:I had the mixed shawerma plate, which included chicken and beef (gyro style) on top of rice, with a mixed salad, roasted potatoes and two triangles of pita with a little tub of hummus. That's a lot of food and I guess my only reason for giving this 3 stars is that the beef was not to my taste. As in, if I had gotten just the chicken shawerma plate this would have been a 5. I do know another person in our group preferred the beef. So, to each their own.

Ordered take away. Excellent food! Big servings. Authentic and tasty. Nice to try some different options in food in our lovely courtice. Will definitely be ordering from their again.

Been to a lot of shawarma places but the meat here is by far the best, cooked to retain it's juiciness. Hummus is home made. Service is great, especially when Waleed is working - he should come in more!

The food is good but very small portion of the meat I thought I just got unlucky but even when my wife went the portions were still small but that's not the worst thing about this place they warm up rice in the styrofoam container what they pack your food in.... I have a young family and would never let them eat here again... If they are doing that in front of my face I would hate to see what they are doing in the back. If you worried about cancer and chemicals in your food I suggest you stay away
